How do you take a sleeping giant with a mile-long list of products under her wings and a negative brand track record to boot - and from this create a revitalized market-beating service brand?

The Outcome:
We created a ‘Glocal’ brand that’s Simple, Dynamic, Fresh and yet Kenyan, with an clever and dynamic new identity that synergised the brand attributes of the old Telkom Kenya with those of France Telecom. We rationalised their products and created a new brand architecture with a single market facing commercial brand.
