Challenge:
ATOM was charged with re-naming and re-positioning the company region-wide as part of its rejuvenation process. Relatively unknown, the company suffered the image of a conservative and bureaucratic organization with little innovation.

The Outcome:
Changing the company name (REAL), logo and above perception had to be both an internal and external process. We used BrandFinderSM to audit the brand and determine the right brand strategy. This was followed by intensive brand alignment sessions (BrandNavigatorSM) to get staff buy-in on the new brand and to change their work ethos accordingly.

A combination of our BrandTools and absolute client commitment resulted in a vibrant, exciting and modern brand that promises to become an industry case-study of re-branding.
